Smart Medical Care P.C.

group sessions for parents of children with Autism in Jamaica, NY, an overwhelming immigrant population. Adult patients were given a workshop on Hypertension and Diabetes awareness.

The center was established in 2007 to meet the growing healthcare needs in Queens. Our physicians are Board certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine and are able to care for every member of yor family. The practice emphasizes both physical and mental wellness by applying the latest recommendations of preventive medicine and health maintenance.

We initiated community outreach programs and offered Family & Friends CPR, Newborn care and

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Bangladesh

Hellmann Bangladesh has supported PEDSI since

inception to run the programs by providing assistance in Bangladesh. Support included providing computers, printing handouts, storing and transporting equipment and course manuals to different sites. Founded in 1871, we operate a truly global organization with an active network in 157 countries. We provide logistics and supply chain solutions to every customer and understand that each project requires a unique solution.

Child Health Awareness Foundation (CHAF)

Child Health Awareness Foundation (CHAF) is a charitable, non-government organization (NGO) in Bangladesh based in Dhaka. Since its inception in 2011, 

CHAF has been working to improve the maternal and Child health in Bangladesh. These challenges ranged from health to human rights. Important challenges in responding to the cleft and craniofacial surgery – stigma, discrimination and social exclusion from society of cleft children. We also worked on health, economic, and educational issues of under privileged people focused on women and child health.

The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM)

CHAM is the only hospital in the Bronx exclusively dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of children. Since 2012, CHAM has collaborated with PEDSI to set up

PALS and APLS training programs in Bangladesh and APLS Program in Zimbabwe. Montefiore AHA Training Center and the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine has provided PALS manuals, issued PALS provider cards, loaned manikins and other equipment for our training programs. Faculty from our division have voluntered as BLS, PALS, APLS Instructors and in the CPR awareness program.
