PEDSI is a voluntary non-profit organization registered in the United States. We are committed to promoting medical educational activities in USA and developing countries.

Covid 19 Response: COVID-19 pandemic is rampantly spreading  throughout the world. To date there are over 1 million cases in USA & 10,000 cases in Bangladesh. PEDSI has donated funds to help Bangladesh Medical Association of North America both Central & NY Chapters and also to NYC Mayor's Covid 19 Emergency Relief Funds to ensure health care workers have access to adequate personal protective equipment. In NYC suffering Bangladeshi families were provided with emergency food & help with funeral services.

School Health Initiative: “Healthy Kids = Better Learners “ Despite general improvement in economic and social conditions and better provision of health and educational services, there is poverty, unhygienic home and school surroundings, malnutrition, and widespread prevalence of communicable diseases. PEDSI’s School Heath initiative goal is to address these challenges to improve overall health and well being of the school children. 

Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Currently in Bangladesh there is a significant lack of appropriately trained providers in pediatric emergencies and they work with outdated equipment. We have established AHA International training Center for in Bangladesh to training local providers in the current techniques in resuscitation.
